There are days when we have the time and energy to do a Kardashian-approved contour. And then there are days when putting on mascara becomes the most tedious labor in the world.Take my advice, it’s best not to show up like Taylor one day and a zombie straight out of Walking Dead the next. So keep your style game strong with this easy updo on days when rushing out the door is more important than doing hair and makeup.
Here’s the how-to.
Brush your hair starting from the tips to detangle it.
Part your hair into three sections with the main volume in the middle and only thin sections on the sides.
Tie the middle part with a hair-band.
Hold the lower end of the ponytail and twist it around a vertical axis. Now twist the whole thing around the band to make a bun.
If your hair is thick, secure the bun with bobby pins and if it is not then, just hold it in place by pushing the end under the hairband.
Take a section from the side and comb it properly.
Pass it over the bun, wrap around (once or twice depending on the length of your hair) and secure it in place with a bobby pin.
Take the remaining hair and repeat in the opposite direction- pass over the bun, wrap and pin.
And that’s it.
Pair it with a chic outfit and you’re ready to turn all heads in town, girl!
Till next time!

Rushing out to a meeting today, this hairstyle was the perfect solution to a quick and elegant style that would still show off my Salome chandelier earrings!
Although it may have taken me more than two minutes (I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist with any lumps – imagined or real – in my hair!), it truly was a fast and easy solution. Perfect for business meetings or going out! And the perfect way to show off our beautiful earrings and necklaces!
Thank you, Sahar, for sharing!

As old man need not worry about hair style. Just set that clippers at 5/8 inch and let it do its job.

I have problem putting on the bobby pins in a way that they aren’t visible. How do you do that?
